5th Hole

5^th Hole – Par 4 – 375 yards (Ladies – Par 4 – 330 yards)

This demanding hole needs an accurate drive from the elevated tee to a fairway that slopes steadily uphill at a right to left angle and has trees and out of bounds left and right. The second shot can be difficult to judge to a hilltop sloping green surrounded by mounds and run-offs. This hole is not index 1 on the card for no reason. Before moving to the next tee stand for a second to enjoy the stunning views.

Pro’s Tip

A testing tee shot favouring the right half of the fairway. Long green can be difficult to club approach shot. Par is a good score.
